PolyVerba Account & Data Deletion

PolyVerba users may request deletion of their PolyVerba account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your PolyVerba account, send an email from the email address associated with your PolyVerba account to:

Please include the email address associated with your PolyVerba account so the account can be identified.

What will be deleted

After a valid account deletion request is processed, data associated with the PolyVerba account will be deleted where applicable, including:

• PolyVerba account/profile information
• Cloud-synced translation history associated with the account
• Cloud-synced meeting history associated with the account

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained when required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, transaction, or regulatory purposes. Information retained for these purposes will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.

Subscription and purchase records processed by Google Play may also be retained by Google according to Google's own policies and legal obligations.

Processing requests

We may need to verify that the person requesting deletion controls the PolyVerba account before completing the request.

Once verified, deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.
